Subject: Updated Parking & Towing Rules – Please Read 

Dear Reunion Residents and Guests, 

We would like to inform you that the Reunion West Community Development District (CDD) 
has recently amended its Parking and Towing Rules. These rules are now in effect, and all 
residents and guests are encouraged to review and comply with them to avoid any 
inconvenience. 

Key Reminders: 

• Improperly parked vehicles are subject to towing at the owner’s expense. 
• Abandoned or inoperable vehicles (e.g., broken down or not moved for five 
consecutive days) are not allowed on public streets and may be towed immediately. 
• Detailed rules, along with maps of no-parking areas, are available at

Be a Good Neighbor: 

We also encourage all residents to be mindful of street parking limitations and to prioritize the 
use of garages and driveways when possible. This small action contributes to: 

• Improved safety and access 
• A more attractive neighborhood 
• A spirit of cooperation and respect among neighbors
